  • Low & Middle Season Offer
    If you require special rates for 10 nights and more, please advise us of your required dates and we will gladly inform you of the discounted rates we can offer (not available during High& Peak Season).
  • Booking
    To confirm your reservation is required 20% prepayment of the total cost of your booking via your Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
    In case your reservation is more than 10 nights, 50% of the total cost is required.
  • Late Check-Out
    Late Check-Out is available (up to 18.00), 50% of the room rate per night will be charged.
  • Cancellation Policy
    If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
    If cancelled or modified later, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
    In case of ‘non-show’ the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
  • Children and extra beds (upon request)
    All children under 2 years stay free of charge in baby cots. All further older children or adults are charged 20% of the room rate per night in kid beds/extra beds.
